Birth Doula
All Birth doulas have a different approach and way of practice. Ours is unique in its own way and has been curated to provide what we feel is the absolute best support for our clients. Like most things, we have a holistic, whole person and whole body approach to supporting Mama, baby, and the entire family. The birth of a mother is a journey and a right of passage of sorts and should be deeply honored. We support our Mamas throughout conception, into childbirth, the fourth trimester, and the first year postpartum. It is our mission to focus on a healthy, happy, and thriving Mama so the rest of her family can benefit from her experience. Our focus is and will always be giving every Mama options, support, guidance, tools, love, and sisterhood with a natural approach that is also backed by the most up-to-date evidence-based practices.
Postpartum Doula.
Our society focuses on babies, baby showers, and cute clothes. While we love babies and love to soak up all the snuggles and adorableness. It is our belief that this is the wrong approach to a healing and transformative postpartum experience. Our focus is the help the entire family through this process by preparing them with realistic expectations, tools to succeed, recommendations and referrals to create their support team. With a heavy focus on mental, physical and emotional well-being, we are incredibly intentional with each families desires and values to help create an experience that is right for their family.

Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding/Lactation Support, Fertility, Sexual Well-being, Postpartum support classes & so much more. Providing a fun and interactive environment in which you will understand, enjoy, and are more likely to retain the information is so important to us. Long gone are the days of the “he-he-whoo” breathing and stereotypical birth classes. Our workshop-style events are created with your experience in mind. In addition to creating an experience you’ll enjoy and look back on the curriculum and content is our top priority. Our goal is for all families from all walks of life to learn evidence-based information with a holistic, whole body and whole person approach. One that is non-judgmental and non-biased. One that will allow all families from all walks of life to feel empowered and intentional in creating their own life experience that is right for them.
